New for 2026 is this beautiful limited run Ibanez RG565R Candy Apple. Made in Japan with the same stellar quality of Ibanez’ Prestige line, the stripped down RG565R is a no-nonsense shredder but with surprising versatility and luxurious comfort. 

The RG565R is a reissue and update of the original RG565R from 1989. It features a basswood body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with white binding, white sharktooth position markers and a reversed headstock. Components include Ibanez pickups with direct mounted V8 humbucker at the bridge and an Ibanez Infinity R single-coil sized humbucker at the neck, an original Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, black hardware, and Gotoh machine heads.
