Nearly two years in the making, this is our first exclusive limited run model in partnership with the mighty Dingwall Guitars from Canada. We have been a proud partner with Dingwall for over 10 years now, and genuinely believe them to be the best playing/sounding extended range basses on the market.

This special run features Dingwall’s updated specs like the matte black hardware, upgraded bridge, bound maple neck, and of course the legendary Darkglass Tone Capsule pre-amp. Includes a high-quality Dingwall soft case.

This is a special 12pc run consisting of only (8) 5-strings and (4) 6-strings. Available at both here at our USA flagship store as well as our EU hub in Amsterdam (visit axepalace.nl if you’re in the EU). These guitars are all completed, and are currently in Canada going through final setup and inspection. Please allow a few weeks for delivery.

Dingwalls are easily one of the most incredible sounding and best playing basses you’ll ever experience. Touring musicians are constantly amazed at how stable Dingwall instruments are. Many state that their Dingwall necks are as stable as their graphite necked instruments. We’ve experimented with many different laminations and have found a 5-piece maple construction to be among the best. Years of experience have proven this design to be extremely stable and reliable while minimizing dead spots. The 37″ to 34″ multi-scale design provides excellent tension dispersion and ergonomics.

The NG-3 features a Master Volume, 5 position Rotary pickup selector, 3-band Darkglass pre-amp with an Active/Passive toggle switch. The 4 pickup positions are: 1. Bridge soloed, 2. Bridge/Middle in series, 3. Bridge/Neck in parallel, 4. Neck soloed.
