The Axe Palace is proud to present to you our newest exclusive limited run collaboration with Music Man – the JP15 John Petrucci signature guitar in a striking “Ketracel White” metallic finish with an Ebony fingerboard, matching headstock, and black hardware. Limited to only 10 pieces each. Also available as a 6-string.
We were on a quest to design the sleekest, most ‘metal’ JP15 ever while still keep things classy as such an elegant guitar deserves. We believe we accomplished just that with this design. It features the usual JP15 fair with its 24 stainless steel frets, DiMarzio Illuminator pickups, piezo system, push-push gain boost/coil splitting options, Music Man tremolo, Mahogany body, Schaller locking tuners, and lightning-fast maple neck. What is different here apart from the awesome finish is the Ebony fingerboard option, matching headstock option, black hardware, and a quartersawn maple neck for added stability.
Ketracel White is a metallic high-gloss finish with hints of icy blue/gray undertones. In natural light outside or in well lit indoor environments, the vibrant metallic white finish will pop. In more ambient lighting conditions, the finish will appear a more subdued and classic white. Contrasted with the black hardware and Ebony fingerboard, it gives this special edition JP15 a cool ‘Stormtrooper’ aesthetic.
