This is a limited edition piece built in the ESP Custom Shop and its quality is breathtaking. The Amaze CTM sounds as good looks, with a punchy low end roar and crisp attack to pair with a comfortable thin neck. Elegant and boutique craftsmanship, but durable enough to be a workhorse bass. I know Jazz basses are typically boring to look at, but they don’t have to be. You are allowed to have an instrument that looks so badass it makes your guitar player question his seafoam green lifestyle.
In case anyone was wondering, Victor thinks this is the best playing and sounding bass we’ve had in the store for the last year. I know it probably doesn’t mean much coming form someone so handsome and cool. You’re probably thinking, “Victor is so well put together, what could he possibly know about bass playability and tone?” Well you’re probably right. So please come and play this bass in front of him and show him a thing or two about low end.Â
